These mat, satiny, iridescent or diamond eye shadows are made of highly-pigmented pressed powder and come in a multitude of colors. They contain nylon powder, allowing them to be blended as desired. The result is intense and long-lasting. As they are the same diameter as the powder blushes, they can be included in a palette that you build to your own taste.
Apply the powder to your eyelids using a brush or sponge applicator.
Use a blusher brush to apply the powder to your cheeks.
Before applying, powder the eyelid to help the eye shadow last longer, and blend the powder as you like. For more sophisticated make up, use 2 or 3 shadows and start with the lightest shade. For a luminous result, begin by powdering the eyelid with a very pale shadow that will serve as a base for the desired color.
Choose your Powder Blush to match your make up. Powder your face lightly before applying your Powder Blush. For a natural effect or for smudging, apply a light coating of powder on top of the color.
