Color Liner is a liquid eyeliner, rich in pigment, available in mat or iridescent colors. It shapes the eyes by intensifying them, in harmony with the tones of your make up, for a very striking result. The integrated applicator draws precise lines quickly.

Using the felt-tipped applicator, draw a thick or thin line at the root of your lashes to highlight the eyes. Perfectionists can dip a very fine brush (#0S) in the bottle.

To illuminate your eyes, apply a line of White Iridescent Color Liner (#21) after outlining your upper lashes with a dark color, or layer on several colors.
