Apply the glitter with your finger, or for an optimum hold, with a brush or moist foam pad. They will hold even longer if applied over a Corrective Make Up Base.

To glitter a large surface , such as cleavage, shoulders or hair... Mist the surface, then sprinkle with a large powder brush.
