Apply Lash Fibers to the lashes as a base, covering them from root to tip and building on the ends.
Apply mascara, wiggling brush along lashes to completely sheathe lashes with fibers.
Repeat Lash Fibers plus mascara application(s) to intensify the lengthening and volumizing effect.

To maximize the 3D effect, repeat the Lash Fibers plus mascara application before the first layer of mascara dries.
To widen the eyes and achieve a “doe-eye” effect, apply Lash Fibers only on the outer corner of the eye. Then apply mascara.
Apply Lash Fibers only on the lower lashes for a Twiggy look.
