Brush the lashes from the roots to the tips.
On the eyebrows, brush in the required direction. Hold the eyebrow with the brush to position it while the mascara dries.

You can color Transparent Mascara with Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector to obtain a colored fixing gel. For a festive effect, add glitter before the mascara dries.
