Put several drops of Eye Seal in the bottle lid, a small cup or on the backside of the hand. Soak the brush in the liquid then mix with makeup (Eye shadow, Star Powder, Glitter, Cake Eyeliner, etc.). Apply immediately to the eyelids or eye contours. To transform an ordinary eye pencil into waterproof makeup, apply the pencil as you usually would and then pass Eye Seal over to set it. Wash the brush with clean water after each use.

To naturally enhance the eyes, combine eye shadow or Star Powder with Eye Seal and trace along both lower and upper lashes. Smudge quickly with a fine dry brush before Eye Seal dries to acquire a waterproof smoky look. With Cake Eyeliner, use Eye Seal rather than water to create an intense waterproof result.
