Preventing discrimination and promoting diversity as a source of creativity are fundamental concepts at MAKE UP FOR EVER. It is a subject we take very seriously, that Dany Sanz herself holds dear, and that drives us to put efforts into place that are echoed in the policies of the LVMH Group.

1. Diversity & equal opportunities

The diversity of our teams, at every level, is one of the keys factors in MAKE UP FOR EVER’s success. Our recruiting practices, to which our managers are particularly sensitive, are based on a fair process that favors diversity.

2. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Echoing the values held dear by Dany, we are committed to being responsible and participative actors in our societal environment on a daily basis.

Since 2010, we have partnered with the association « Nos quartiers ont des talents » and organize annual “job style” workshops with middle and high school students in underprivileged neighborhoods. During these workshops, the students receive coaching on their CV and their self-image from our HR professionals. We also organize mock interviews to help prepare them in their search for internships.

We also participate in numerous events at the Robert Debré Hospital – a large, pediatric hospital with whom we have partnered since 2011.

In conjunction with the town of Gennevilliers, where two of our sites are located including our manufacturing site, we regularly participate in various events such as Carnaval, which took place in June 2013, and where almost 200 children were made up by students from our Makeup ACADEMY in Paris.

3. Our commitment regarding Disability

The professional inclusion of disabled persons is an integral part of the Human Resources policy at MAKE UP FOR EVER and is consolidated in the initiatives carried out by the LVMH Group’s Mission Handicap.

We welcome interns with disabilities in the effort to introduce them to careers in make up. We also participate in job fairs and recruiting forums that provide job seekers with personalized coaching.

We assist our own employees in their approach to recognizing the quality of disabled workers. We also encourage our various departments to solicit the adapted work sector when purchasing a wide variety of services: packaging, document generation and printing, food service, marking and logistics for promotional materials... We have also built long-term partnerships with the Etablissement et Services d’Aide par le Travail (ESAT) and Enterprises Adaptées (EA).

4. Our commitment to the Environment

Be Green and stay Green...For EVER !

For many years now, MAKE UP FOR EVER has put actions in place that all contribute to improving its environmental impact. Our policy is built upon four main initiatives:
- Anticipate the stakes
- Reduce our environmental impact
- Have a « Green Attitude »
- Evaluate our environmental performance

Some concrete examples of these can be seen in the reduction of our waste volume, the minimization of our packaging and even in our transport optimization; but also in the mobilization of every employee in their daily routine.
