On the eyelids, apply the shadow on a non-oily base with a brush or sponge applicator. Apply on the cheeks with a Blush Brush 24S or 25S. Depending on the shape of the eye, apply lighter and darker shades to structure and even out the eyelid. For effects using two or three shades, apply the palest shade first, then the intermediate shade and finally the darkest one, before blending the colors with each other. Dust a very pale matte or shimmering eye shadow over the eyelid first to achieve a long-lasting look which captures the light. Pro tip: add some Star Powder to bring shimmers and a more intense shine to the powders. Add some Pure Pigments to make the colors even brighter.
