Since 1998, Europe’s most colourful event has taken place every year in Seeboden, AUSTRIA.
The “WORLD BODY PAINTING FESTIVAL” is the biggest art event in the bodypainting theme and thousands of visitors admire the wonderful work of the participants. Aritsts from 40 nations worldwide come to this unique event and put body art into the mountain and lake scenery.
For the third time, the MAKE UP FOR EVER ACADEMY Paris attended the festival with 2 talented teams. The first team composed of Julien ROL and Jennifer GUERNIER, was competing in the semi-professional division, treating the subject of “Sub Cultures”. The second team composed of Mylène RUAUX and Karen SAVARD, was competing in the professional division, treating the subject of “Sources of Power”.
The coaching work of Dany SANZ and Antonella PODENCE (MAKE UP FOR EVER ACADEMY director) paid off as both teams were awarded:
- Julien ROL and Jennifer GURNIER received the 1st prize in their category, making them world champion of body painting – session 2010.
- Mylène RUAUX and Karen SAVARD recieved the 13th prize in their category (among 74 competitors)

Saturday19th of June 2010, the Make Up Artist Students, from the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy Paris and Nice, had their final exams.
Those future professional Make Up Artists, had one week to finalise their projects in the different evaluating areas in order to graduate:
- Body painting
- Age appearance alteration
- Beauty Make Up
- The project Book
Professionals from all around France evaluated all students’ works.
One more time, we had a “grand cru” at the Make Up For Ever Academy, 100% succeeded their Diploma with average marks between 11/20 and 15/20.
