Brow Seal is a transparent eyebrow gel with a non-sticky and long wear formula suitable for all eyebrow colors. Its ergonomically angled brush guarantees a professional makeup result for naturally shaped eyebrows that will stay put all day.
Apply Brow Seal with the angle brush, brushing the eyebrows in the direction of the hair growth.
Use the flat side of the brush to set the hair down.
After filling in your eyebrows with an Eye Pencil, Eye Shadow or Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector, apply the Brow Seal to remove any excess product.
For a maximum hold, mix Brow Seal and Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector together.
