The extra-long Eyeliner Pencil draws precise, even lines that remain sharp for hours, even on the waterline. Its soft, flexible tip is highly pigmented and leaves a mark as soon as it touches the skin. It defines the line of the lashes and intensifies the eyes.
Before application, sharpen your pencil with the special pencil sharpener in order to get a precise line. Draw your line directly onto the skin. Use your finger or a sponge applicator to smudge your line, if desired.
For better hold, lightly powder the eyelids before application. Because of its high pigmentation, Pro tip: Eye Pencil can be used to create a line as fine as an eyeliner and will intensify any look.

Pro tip: to "open up" the eyes, draw a thin line along the lash line and flick it up slightly at the corner of the eye. Smudge the color with a brush to soften the effect.
