The 2 in 1 Aqua Creamliner is a cream-gel eyeliner specifically designed for extra long-lasting, waterproof eye make-up. It can be used in two ways.
Used as an eyeliner: easy to apply, tts unique and unusual smooth texture makes for a clear and precise line.
Used as eye shadow: once applied as an eyeliner, it can be easily smudged for a smoky effect.
Dip a thin, nylon brush of your choice in the product and draw a line on the upper lash line from the inner corner towards the outer corner of the eye. Draw the line again for better definition and intensify the color. Wait until the product dries completely before blinking.
To shade the eyelid, draw a thicker line along the lashline and smudge the product before it dries using a sponge applicator or nylon brush.To blend the product with another eye shadow, first apply the eye shadow then the Cream Eyeliner.Tightly close the lid after use so that the product does not dry up (volatile oil).
