Easy to apply, it dries immediately without flaking, leaving a clean and stable line that will not budge.
Wet the brush, dilute a little of the product directly in the case and draw your line.
Smudge the eyeliner with a moistened brush to create a sheer, smoky effect around the eye contour.

Pro tip: for pearlized eyeliner, blend in a little Star Powder.
