Apply with a brush or sponge applicator. Moisten the brush slightly for a tenfold increase in shine and hold.
For make-up that is truly pearly yet light, apply Star Powder to your face with a large powder brush.
To highlight areas of the face and add a twinkle to your eyes, lips or cheeks, apply a touch of Star Powder here and there.
