Professional make-up artists use them and abuse them during fashion shows! They add a touch of glamour to any make-up. This fine, light glitter forms a sparkling veil over the face, body and hair, and may also be used as a starting point for entire themes.
Glitter is applied using a brush, sponge applicator or finger. For optimum hold, wet the brush, sponge or finger with water, make-up base or Mist & Fix. Use Eye Seal to make the application waterproof.
To apply glitter quickly on the face and body, spray the skin with water, then dip a large moist sponge into the glitter. Pat face and body with the sponge.
