Apply directly to the lips or use the 3S brush for better precision.
Use light-colored shades and mother-of-pearl textures to make thin lips look their best.
To make the lips look fuller, experiment with a darker shade at the edges, and a lighter shade in the center. Smudge the colors into each other.

Pro tip: avoid dark colors on small mouths, and pale shades on large mouths.
