Apply the pencil directly to the skin, then blend it in with your finger or a sponge. To guarantee a longer hold, powder the eyelid before applying the Waterproof Eyeshadow Pencil. After use, always replace the cap so that the tip does not dry out.
To intensify the color of the iris, apply the well-sharpened pencil to the inside edge of the lower lashes. For a more sophisticated make-up, apply a pale shade all over the eyelid and a darker shade in the outer corner of the eye.
