ENROLLMENT POLICY
The MAKE UP FOR EVER certification program is open to individuals who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents or individuals with a valid study visa.
Candidates must be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid photo ID and official school transcripts will be required prior to enrollment.

Applicants must complete an admission interview and the Enrollment Agreement prior to being accepted into the program. A $100, non-refundable registration fee will be required during the submission of the application.
Complete the application form with:
• A 300–word essay on how you envision your career as a makeup artist.
• A bound or digital portfolio of 8–10 pieces of creative work such as drawings, paintings, photographs, digital media, makeup application, makeup inspiration, or photographs of three–dimensional work.

The admission interview with a teacher/Academy administrator will help assess the personality, creative ability, commitment
and motivation of the student and is a prerequisite for enrollment. Students will be required to perform a basic makeup demonstartion of eyeliner application.

Once the Enrollment Agreement is approved, a $500 deposit is required. Students are required to pay the remainder of the tuition fee two weeks prior to the start date of their program.

At the start of the class, each student will be furnished with the materials for their makeup kit. If the student is terminated or withdraws for any reason, the student is responsible for paying the fee for the makeup kit listed in the catalogue.
