This program will cover all aspects of fashion, beauty, product awareness, hygiene, tools of the trade, skin analysis, face shapes, skin color, eyebrow shaping, color correcting (understanding the color wheel) and highlighting. It will then review the historical “golden era” of vintage Hollywood dating back to the 1930s, 40s and 50s. A basic understanding of these poignant glamour styles of make up is vital for building the foundation of any modern make up artist. The architectural sculpted face, arched expressive brow, perfect smoky eyes, and sharp painted lip are all key focuses. This module will highlight the drama and glamour of an era of decadence.
