Sorry that this is a little wordy. Context: I'm one of those people who has Scarred and Oily Skin. It's very oily (to the point where eye shadow primer doesn't work, it still collects in the crease. No mattefying anything works for 3+ hours. Etc.) regardless of how much I clean and pamper my skin. This lead to me getting zits as early as 2nd grade & left me with a LOT of ice-pick scars, which every foundation would highlight no matter what I tried. It was a nightmare & I became used to dabbing my skin over the day +reapplying. I've gone through too many foundation brands/types to count. I trusted the folks at Sephora to match me and they did a good job, but the most recent one suggested this thing and it's actually Amazing? She immediately walked to the Makeup For Ever section after asking multiple very technical questions I hadn't been asked before. Reasons why this thing is the best $50 I've spent: 1. It actually STAYS THERE. I've worn this from 7:30am-12am and it only required minimal touch-ups & only if I touched my face a lot. 2. My skin doesn't look super oily. I still dab a little, but nowhere near as often. This is a first and has floored me. 3. You can still see the scarring, but not as much as any other formula. It doesn't collect around the scars or clog them so they look like speckles. 4. Looks like it matches my skin, even on camera. In person all my foundations matched my skintone, but when I took photos something was always off about where it had been used and blended in. Usually either a little light, or a little dark. I have a bit of a weird skintone which is a neutral tone with a kind of olive undertone, but the undertone isn't super strong. I also get pretty red in my T-zone. This mismatching hasn't been an issue in any lighting I've had photos taken in. Basically I'm in love. Thank you so much? I'm not even sure what the hell to say here but I hope this is helpful for anyone with at least one of these problems.

LOVE!!
