Which look will you choose for this year festive season?

Christmas and New Year’s Eve are around the corner and you don’t know how to do your makeup yet! No panic, here are some ideas to be perfect for your end-of-year celebrations. 

Pick up your favorite look and learn how to do it step by step.

 

Cocktail Party using the Halo Contour Technique
Featuring product from the limited edition Holiday “Makeup Station” Kit

COMPLEXION
1. Mix Face and Body Foundation starting in center of the face and work outward using brush #108.
2. Apply HD Concealer to under eyes and highlight the center of the nose and top of the cheekbones.
3. For added coverage apply Pro Finish Foundation using brush #158.
4. Finish your complexion with HD blush #325 to the cheekbones.


EYES
1. Apply Artist Liner M-100 along the upper and lower lash line, starting at the center of the eye going outwards to the outer corner.  On the upper eyelid blend it up to the crease and on the lower eyelid blend it downwards using brush #216.
2. Apply Artist Shadow #922 on top of Aqua Eyes to intensify color and blend it up to the crease. Then layer Artist Shadow #D-320 using brush #226 and blend.
3. Apply an Artist Shadow #M-630 into the crease and blend it upwards to the direction of the brow arch. It is possible to apply this color on the lower eyelid and blend it downwards and into the dark shade.
4. Accentuate the brow bone with Artist Shadow #M-600 light shade and blend it with the medium shade using #226.
5. Intensify Artist liner on the top and bottom lash line.
6. Then finish your look with Faux Lash #157.


LIPS
1. Using Aqua Lip #14C, line the center of the cupid’s blow and the center of the bottom lip to establish symmetry.
2. Next, using the same pencil, line the corners of the lip, top and bottom.
3. To create volume, connect the outer corners of the upper lip to the cupid’s bow. On the bottom lip, from the outer corner in fluid motions to the center of the lip.
4. Apply Aqua Rouge #14, spreading product from the center to the outer edges with the #304 brush. Finish with gloss for a high vinyl shine.

 

Classic Holiday using the Open Contour Technique
Featuring product from the limited edition Holiday “Makeup Station” Kit

COMPLEXION
1. Mix Face & Body Foundation with Full cover starting in center of the face and work outward using brush #108 and press into skin with the Ellipse Sponge.
2. Apply HD Concealer to under eyes and highlight the center of the nose and top of the cheekbones.
3. Apply HD blush #335 to the hallows of the cheeks.
4. Finish your complexion with HD Powder.

EYES
1. Apply Artist Shadow #M-500 to the entire eyelid and under the arch of the brow, leaving out the crease of the eye.
2. Apply artist liner #M-600 to the upper and lower lash lines and smudge using brush #216.
3. Apply Artist liner #M-600 to define the crease, smudge using brush #216. Then reinforce with Artist Shadow #M-600 in the crease to define a rounded arch shape, using brush #214.
4. Blend using a medium in Artist Shadow #ME-728 above the crease of the eye using brush #234. Create a gradient effect in the crease and the light shade underneath the eyebrow. Underneath the eye blend it in your dark shade and downwards.
5. Create a cat eye liner using Graphic Liner.
6. Finish your look with False Lash #157.

LIPS
1. Using Aqua Lip #8C, line the center of the cupid’s blow and the center of the bottom lip to establish symmetry.
2. Next, using the same pencil, line the corners of the lip, top and bottom.
3. To create volume, connect the outer corners of the upper lip to the cupid’s bow. On the bottom lip, from the outer corner in fluid motions to the center of the lip.
4. Apply #43 Rouge Artist Intense, spreading product from the center to the outer edges with the #304 brush.


Holiday Chic Look using the Open Contour Technique
Featuring product from the limited edition Holiday “Studio Case” and “Makeup Station” Kit

COMPLEXION
1. On primed skin apply HD Foundation starting in center of the face and work outward using brush #108.
2. Apply HD concealer to under eyes and highlight the center of the nose and top of the cheekbones.
3. Highlight and contour using Sculpting Kit #2 using brush #150.
4. Apply HD blush #310 to the temples of the cheeks and blend downward using brush #150.

EYES
1. Apply Artist Shadow #I-524 to the entire eyelid and under the arch of the brow, leaving out the crease of the eye.
2. Apply artist liner to the upper and lower lash lines and smudge using brush #216.
3. Apply Artist Shadow #D-926 in the crease to define a rounded arch shape, using brush #214.
4. Blend using a medium in Artist Shadow #I-544 above the crease of the eye using brush #234. Create a gradient effect by blending your medium shade into Artist Shadow #D-926 in the crease and the light shade underneath the eyebrow. Underneath the eye blend it in your dark shade and downwards.
5. Create a cat eye liner using Aqua Liner #13.

LIPS
1. Using Aqua Lip #8C, line the center of the cupid’s blow and the center of the bottom lip to establish symmetry.
2. Next, using the same pencil, line the corners of the lip, top and bottom.
3. To create volume, connect the outer corners of the upper lip to the cupid’s bow. On the bottom lip, from the outer corner in fluid motions to the center of the lip.
4. Apply #43 Rouge Artist Intense, spreading product from the center to the outer edges with the #304 brush.


Smoky Party Perfection using the Smoky Contrast Technique
Featuring product from the limited edition Holiday “Studio Case” Kit

COMPLEXION
1. On primed skin apply Lift Foundation starting in center of the face and work outward using using brush #104.
2. Apply Lift concealer to under eyes and highlight the center of the nose and top of the cheekbones.
3. Highlight and contour using artist Shadow #M-510 and #M-600 and brush #158.
4. Apply HD blush #335 to the hallows of the cheeks.

EYES
1. Apply Artist Liner #M-100 to the upper lash line. Keep it thicker on the inner and outer corner of the eye and thinner near the center of the eye. Also apply to the lower lash line.
2. Now blend the upper eye lid by working from the inner and outer corner of the eye towards the center using Brush #216. Next blend lower eyelid downward.
3. For more intensity and pop of color, apply Artist Shadow # I-218 on top of Artist Liner and blend it slightly towards the center of the eyelid and into the crease of the eye.
4. Next apply your medium shade Artist Shadow #D-826 using brush #234. Make sure not to cover the center of the eye lid. Apply this color on the lower eyelid and blend it downwards and into the dark shade.
5. To finish your eye look apply Artist Shadow #ME-122 using brush #226 to the center of the eyelid for a touch of light.

LIPS
1. Using Aqua Lip #3C, line the center of the cupid’s blow and the center of the bottom lip to establish symmetry.
2. Next, using the same pencil, line the corners of the lip, top and bottom.
3. To create volume, connect the outer corners of the upper lip to the cupid’s bow. On the bottom lip, from the outer corner in fluid motions to the center of the lip.
4. Apply #23 Rouge Artist Intense, spreading product from the center to the outer edges with the #304 brush.
