How do I access my information?

Login to your account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the page and enter your email and password in the pop-up window that will appear. In "My Account", on the top right of the page, you will have access to your account/personal information. For any further information, please contact customer service.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account password?

Please click on the "Sign In" button at the top right-hand corner of the page, and click on "Help! I forgot my password" in the pop-up window that will appear. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and begin the password recovery process. For any further information, please contact customer service.

Can I edit my information?

You can edit your personal and account information as and when you want. Simply "Sign In" to your account at the top right-hand corner of the page and enter your email and password in the pop-up window that will appear. Then click on "My Account" at the top right-hand corner of the page where you will be able to see and edit your personal information.

Where can I buy MAKE UP FOR EVER products?

MAKE UP FOR EVER products are sold in our stores and on the website www.makeupforever.com in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, and the Neetherland. They are also selectively distributed in Europe in Sephora stores. To find a location near you, please visit our Store Locator.

Do you accept international orders?

MAKE FOR EVER sells its products in Europe in the following countries : Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, the Neetherland and France

Do you ship to PO Boxes ?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders ship via DPD, Chronopost or Colissimo and must be sent to a physical address.

What if I place an order and the items is out of stock?

The item will automatically be removed from your order. You will not be charged for this item. For any further information, please contact customer service.

How do I use a promo/coupon code?

To redeem a promo/coupon code, simply enter your code in the text box marked “a promo/coupon code” on the payment options section of the checkout process. Promotional offers with no codes required will be applied to the order if the order meets the requirements of eligibility. When a code is accepted, it will be displayed on the order review/summary page. Important note: One (1) promo/offer code may be used per order. This may include automatic offer codes. 

How many promo/coupon codes can be used per order?

Several coupon codes can be used for the same order. We invite you to refer to the legal notice of the offer to check if the promotion can be cumulated with another offer or current promotion.

What payment is accepted on MAKEUPFOREVER.com?

At MAKEUPFOREVER.com, we accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. All orders may be subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a tracking link allowing you to be informed of the shipment of your order on the carrier's website: DPD

What is your return policy?

The products must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping, unopened, and allowing to be re-sell in new condition. Follow the procedure described on the return/retraction form attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The return of the products must be accompanied by the printed return/cancellation form to be downloaded here

Any risk related to the return of the products is the responsibility of the Customer. MAKE UP FOR EVER recommends its customers to subscribe to a package tracking option in order to avoid any inconvenience in case of loss or theft of the products during the return transport.

In case of return of Products having been the subject of a global promotional offer including one or more gifts, the gifts granted by MAKE UP FOR EVER related to the purchase of one or more Products must be returned to MAKE UP FOR EVER. In the event that the Customer keeps the Product(s) offered as part of the global promotional offer, they will be charged to him on the basis of their initial price.

Damaged and Defective Products

The customer undertakes, upon delivery of the products, to check the conformity and condition of the product packaging as well as the conformity of the product.

In case of anomaly concerning the delivery, in particular deterioration or partial loss of the product (missing items compared to the MAKE UP FOR EVER invoice, late delivery etc.), the customer must imperatively formulate, upon receipt, reservations which must be recorded on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier and then communicated by email to Customer Service via the contact form available online or by phone at the following number: +33 1 41 43 13 19 within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt of products.


We also invite you to send them by email a certificate of honor as well as proof of identity.

Does MAKEUPFOREVER.COM have a Maximum Purchase Policy?

We must limit orders to four (4) of any single item.

I cannot find my favorite MAKE UP FOR EVER product anymore. Why is that?

We apologize if you are no longer able to find your favorite product. On occasion we have to discontinue products in order to make room for new launches. It is possible that these products may be put back on sale during special sales. If this is not the case, we invite you to discover the new products in the range. For any further information, please contact customer service.

I have a question concerning product ingredients.

Academy

How are students selected for the Academy?

Students are selected on the basis of an application file examined by the teaching staff (administrative file accompanied by an artistic file composed of a few elements such as photos, drawings, collages... which testify to your artistic sensitivity) and an individual interview with a teacher from the Academy who evaluates the motivation and artistic sensitivity of the candidate. All admitted candidates must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the school year. You can also apply online.

ON WHAT CRITERIA IS THE FINAL EVALUATION OF STUDENTS BASED ?

At the end of their 6 and 10 months training, the students are evaluated on the presentation and validation of their photo book by a Jury composed of professional make-up artists and Dany Sanz (founder and Artistic Director of MAKE UP FOR EVER). The students in the 10-month training will also have to realize a beauty looks as well as 2 face arts and 1 full body art throughout the year. Their best work, chosen by panel made of Teachers and beauty professionals, will be exhibited at the end of the year exhibition. The validation of these tests allows the student to obtain an Attestation of Professional Competence.

What certification is delivered at the end of a Long Training program?

Students obtain certificates of completion upon finishing the long program offered at the Academy.

Does the Academy offer financial assistance?

Students are responsible for their own funding. The school does not provide any financial assistance. The Academy is not accredited and cannot accept federal grants, scholarships or loans as tuition payment.

How can I enroll at the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy?

What are the opportunities after a long training program at the Academy?

The main sectors that recruit MAKE UP FOR EVER ACADEMY graduates are TV channels, selective distribution (Sephora and other institutes) and professional training. The majority of the students go on to a career as a professional make-up artist, most often freelance (fashion, theater, events, TV, cinema...).
