VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER
Following validation of payment by the customer, confirmation of acceptance of the order will be emailed to the customer by MAKE UP FOR EVER. The order confirmation contains the summary of the products ordered, the price, the transport costs, the order number. It mentions the right of withdrawal. The invoice for the order will be accessible in the "MY ACCOUNT" section for customers with an account or without loging in, simply using the order number, zipcode and email address here : https://www.makeupforever.com/EU/EN/login/
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shipping times are as follows:
- Any order validated from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
- Any order validated from Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m. will be shipped the next day.
- Any order validated from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening will be shipped the following Monday.
- Any order validated on public holidays will be shipped the following working day.
This delivery times might be longer during Holiday season and Sales. For more information, feel free to contact our Customer Service.

Special cases and limitations :
- Chronopost is not available for a delivery in Corsica, please select Colissimo
- For a delivery in Europe (except France), exclusions apply to certain area because an additional cost or delivery delay. Hence, the following areas are not delivered for now :
- in Germany : all islands
- in Spain : Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
- in Italy : Sicily & Sardinia

A check will be applied at checkout when filling in the delivery address : the Customer will not be able to place the order and an error message will be displayed if the Zip Code chosen is not delivered yet.

Returns
Would you like to return a product? Don't worry, here are all the information you need.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
The Product (s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging, unopened and allowing re-marketing in new condition, in following the procedure described on the delivery slip attached to the shipping package.

The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of non-conformity of the products delivered with the Order (in this case, the return costs are the responsibility of MAKE UP FOR EVER). MAKE UP FOR EVER does not accept postage due packages. Any risk associated with the return of the product (s) is the responsibility of the Customer. MAKE UP FOR EVER recommends that its Customers subscribe to a package tracking option in order to avoid any inconvenience in the event of loss or theft of Products during return transport.
