How do I access my information?

Login to your account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the page and enter your email and password in the pop-up window that will appear. In "My Account", on the top right of the page, you will have access to your account/personal information. For any further information, please contact customer service.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account password?

Please click on the "Sign In" button at the top right-hand corner of the page, and click on "Help! I forgot my password" in the pop-up window that will appear. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and begin the password recovery process. For any further information, please contact customer service.

Can I edit my information?

You can edit your personal and account information as and when you want. Where can I buy MAKE UP FOR EVER products?

MAKE UP FOR EVER products are sold in our stores and on the website www.makeupforever.com in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, and the Neetherland. They are also selectively distributed in Europe in Sephora stores. To find a location near you, please visit our Store Locator.

Do you accept international orders?

MAKE FOR EVER sells its products in Europe in the following countries : Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, the Neetherland and France

Do you ship to PO Boxes ?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders ship via DPD, Chronopost or Colissimo and must be sent to a physical address.

What if I place an order and the items is out of stock?

The item will automatically be removed from your order. You will not be charged for this item. For any further information, please contact customer service.

How do I use a promo/coupon code?

To redeem a promo/coupon code, simply enter your code in the text box marked “a promo/coupon code” on the payment options section of the checkout process. Promotional offers with no codes required will be applied to the order if the order meets the requirements of eligibility. When a code is accepted, it will be displayed on the order review/summary page. Important note: One (1) promo/offer code may be used per order. This may include automatic offer codes. 

How many promo/coupon codes can be used per order?

Several coupon codes can be used for the same order. We invite you to refer to the legal notice of the offer to check if the promotion can be cumulated with another offer or current promotion.

What is your return policy?

The products must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping, unopened, and allowing to be re-sell in new condition. Follow the procedure described on the return/retraction form attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The return of the products must be accompanied by the printed return/cancellation form to be downloaded here

Any risk related to the return of the products is the responsibility of the Customer. MAKE UP FOR EVER recommends its customers to subscribe to a package tracking option in order to avoid any inconvenience in case of loss or theft of the products during the return transport.

In case of return of Products having been the subject of a global promotional offer including one or more gifts, the gifts granted by MAKE UP FOR EVER related to the purchase of one or more Products must be returned to MAKE UP FOR EVER. In the event that the Customer keeps the Product(s) offered as part of the global promotional offer, they will be charged to him on the basis of their initial price.

Damaged and Defective Products

The customer undertakes, upon delivery of the products, to check the conformity and condition of the product packaging as well as the conformity of the product.

In case of anomaly concerning the delivery, in particular deterioration or partial loss of the product (missing items compared to the MAKE UP FOR EVER invoice, late delivery etc.), the customer must imperatively formulate, upon receipt, reservations which must be recorded on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier and then communicated by email to Customer Service via the contact form available online or by phone at the following number: +33 1 86 46 92 05 within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt of products.

We also invite you to send them by email a certificate of honor as well as proof of identity.

Does MAKEUPFOREVER.COM have a Maximum Purchase Policy?

We must limit orders to four (4) of any single item.

I cannot find my favorite MAKE UP FOR EVER product anymore. Why is that?

We apologize if you are no longer able to find your favorite product. On occasion we have to discontinue products in order to make room for new launches. It is possible that these products may be put back on sale during special sales. If this is not the case, we invite you to discover the new products in the range. For any further information, please contact customer service.

What is the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy?

After creating her brand MAKE UP FOR EVER in 1984 and teaching the art of makeup, Dany Sanz founded the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy in 2002, one of the first makeup schools in Europe. The mission of the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy is to welcome, train, and develop the expertise of tomorrow’s makeup artists through a unique teaching approach initiated by Dany Sanz, combining theory, hands-on practice, and professional expertise.

How are students selected for the Academy?

For the Professional Makeup Artist programs: applicants are selected through an application process (administrative file plus an inspirational portfolio/book or moodboard reviewed by the teaching staff) and an individual interview with an Academy representative, who assesses the candidate’s motivation and artistic sensibility, regardless of diplomas or prior experience. Applications must be submitted online directly via the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy website. These Professional Makeup Artist programs are offered exclusively in French.

For all Intensive Training programs: admission is subject to prerequisites that vary by program (degree/certification, professional experience and/or practical experience in the field). Once eligibility has been confirmed, the candidate is invited to an individual interview to assess motivation and the consistency of their project.

For all programs: candidates must be 18 years old by the start date. For candidates aged 16 or 17, parental consent and a copy of a parent’s ID are required.

What criteria are used for students’ final assessment?

For the Professional Makeup Artist programs: certification is based on 20% continuous assessment and 80% practical certification exams conducted in front of a jury. At the end of the program, students present a photo portfolio of their makeup work, produced by the Academy’s team of professional photographers. Validation of this portfolio by a jury of professional makeup artists leads to the award of a Level 4 RNCP Professional Certificate (RNCP40587) (by decree dated 30/04/2025, registered for 5 years, with an expiry date of 30/04/2030).

For the Intensive programs: certification is based 100% on the practical certification exam held in front of a jury. The final assessment consists of a reconstructed professional scenario, completed within a limited time and evaluated by an independent validation jury, resulting in official minutes reporting the results. Certification is then issued after deliberation by the certification jury.

What qualification is awarded at the end of the program?

The Professional Makeup Artist programs lead to the award of a Level 4 RNCP Professional Certificate, officially recognized by the French State.

Some Intensive programs at the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy lead to a Professional Skills Certificate registered in the Répertoire Spécifique and recognized by the French State, such as Beauty Makeup online and on site, Bridal Makeup online and on site and Black Beauty Makeup.

After completing a Professional Makeup Artist program at the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy, career opportunities are numerous and highly tangible, including roles in:
