Loose, delicate particles reflect light to create a sparkling effect on face, body and hair. Applies easily with a mist of water or damp brush. Mix into glosses and layer upon shadows for added radiance.

Use wet or dry.
Apply using a brush or fingers.
For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with
MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT POWDER.
For water-proof application, wet brush with AQUA SEAL
WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT POWDER.
PRO TIP: Mix with WATERBLEND FACE & BODY FOUNDATION or MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY
for a custom finish.
