WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
Please click on the "Sign In" button at the top right hand corner of the page, and click on "Help! I forgot my password" in the pop up window that will appear. CAN I EDIT MY INFORMATION?
You can edit your personal and account information as and when you want. Simply "Sign In" to your account at the top right hand corner of the page, and enter your email and password in the pop up window that will appear. Then click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner of the page where you will be able to see and edit your personal information.

CAN I BUY ONLINE?
Unfortunately, MAKE UP FOR EVER does not offer an online shopping service at the moment.

If you are looking for specific product application, you can find a "How to apply" in each product page. And if you still have not found what you are looking for you can always visit one of our stores where one of our makeup artist will be able to give you more targeted application advice.
I WOULD LIKE TO GET A PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP RESULT. WHO SHOULD I REACH OUT TO ?
You can always visit one of our Boutiques where one of our makeup artists will teach you specific techniques.
HOW CAN I GET PRODUCT SAMPLES?
From time to time, samples are available at MAKE UP FOR EVER Boutiques and counters. However, for the time being we do not mail out samples by request. Nevertheless, feel free to visit one of our stores, our pro makeup artists will be pleased to help you test our products and find what suits you best.
I CAN NOT FIND MY FAVORITE MAKE UP FOR EVER PRODUCT ANYMORE. WHY IS THAT?
It is possible that the product you are looking for has been discontinued, and if that is the case it has surely been replaced by a similar but more efficient product. For more information, please contact your local Customer Service or visit one of our stores.

If your question concerns a specific product, you have all the ingredients listed on the product packaging.
