If you choose to use MAKE UP FOR EVER virtual try on technology, MAKE UP FOR EVER must necessarily collect photos, and/or facial geometry or images of you (“biometric images”). The specific images collected depend upon the photos that the camera images visible to MAKE UP FOR EVER from your electronic device, and are only be used in connection with your virtual try on request and not for unrelated purposes. The images are safeguarded in a manner commensurate with the sensitivity of that information, using security measures that are designed to protect the information from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or unauthorized access. The images are automatically, securely and irreversibly destroyed when you close the virtual try on feature. MAKE UP FOR EVER partners with one or more third party vendors in relation to the virtual try on technology and/or in relation to storage of biometric images that we collect. In doing so, we require the vendors to enter into written agreements confirming that they may only use the images in connection with their services for MAKE UP FOR EVER and not for any separate use, and also require them to uphold an equivalent level of protection for the images.
