Senior Manager, Trade & Product Marketing

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Develop and manage the marketing plan while foreseeing future opportunities to meet retail sales goals at Sephora inside JCPenny (SiJCP), Sephora Mexico and Sephora Brazil

INTERNAL

Manager, Visual Merchandising – The Americas

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Visual Merchandising Manager will oversee all aspects of Visual Merchandising initiatives relating to new product launches, promotional activities and general store campaigns for our public boutiques & pro shop and retailers, trade shows, events, NYO and Academy. This individual will adapt global visual direction, based on local/store needs, through strategic merchandise placement, display development and compelling visual campaigns. INTERNAL

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Overall. Establish cohesive brand storytelling and visual communication (from creation to execution) in the above mentioned environments within the Americas ensuring quality, consistency & creativity - driving sell through and maximizing the business. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners for all visual/creative needs including (but not limited to) alternate retailer merchandising (Sephora), marketing materials, product assortments, digital and PR communication, and corporate branding.     Boutique Merchandising (Free-Standing Stores)

    Create and execute full store animation plans including:

Resident Makeup Artist - Freestanding Boutiques

Boutique Assistant Manager

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Boutique Assistant Manager will assist the Boutique Manager with managing and providing leadership to the MAKE UP FOR EVER staff. The Boutique Assistant Manager, will have responsibility of managing sales, operations, coaching and developing, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Head Make Up Artist is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager with the day-to-day management and development of the Resident Make Up Artists.
